Patrice Hamm
Patrice has spent the greater portion of her life in pursuit of garden flowers and wildflowers across the state of Wisconsin. Born on a small farm in western Iowa, the observation and tending of the earth has been an integral part of her life. She is drawn to the outdoors. It is where peace, solitude, and her inspirations come from. The exploration of color is her artistic pursuit, seeking harmony from the combinations of many colors. Nature composes its own order out of the confusion of lines, shapes, and color. Lavish abundance and color combinations now fill her canvases. Light and shadow dance across the colorful surfaces to add texture and depth.
